I finally got my USA visa and co incidentally it was my hubby's birthday!!
February 2013 i got the chance to celebrate this big day with him. We stayed in Stamford Marriott hotel, baking was out of question and Stamford disappoint me the whole afternoon. First the unexpected snow, second no cake shops in town. I cant go back like this. Walking the whole downtown i had to figure out something in Target. There were chocolate muffins and alphabets candle. I had no choice but pick them up and think creative.
Anindya is a bit sybarite, loves expensive gift.
Macy was offering valuable offers and i bought Armani exchange perfume set, packed and sealed.
Evening dwell upon, the doorbell rang and he wondered what took me so long-but i was lightning the candles.
The door opened and his face look bright with surprise in the candle lights. He appear a kid while seriously blowing away the candle and unwrapping the gift.
"I found no cake, dont think i was saving cents" i explain in the end of the night.
"No way i loved it.."
A week later is valentine day and you have guessed his birth date. Time for surprise coming on the way.

He take me to California pizza hut right in the Stamford downtown. With a zest for pepperoni he ordered a large size topped with double cheese and raised a toast to our long live love.
